Last week’s goals:
I was overly ambitious again despite the fact that I told myself I was going to be more realistic. Part of the problem is that I didn’t sleep at all. Normally, one week in a hotel is a luxury, but this just wasn’t fun. My skin started to break out because of the pillows, the heat in my hotel wasn’t working, and I just couldn’t get my room dark, even with the black out curtains. I literally could not sleep and every single morning was hard.
Two things that jump out: 1. I could not have done it without my Advocare Spark. This is not sponsored, but I feel so passionate about this. I don’t do coffee in the mornings, but I knew I needed something to help me. Boy has this been it. So happy. 2. I got two chin ups this week! Big wins for my fitness goals! December has been a great month for progress on that front.
Looking forward to the next week. I have the Virtual Assisting things shifting around. My to-do list seems to be longer than it’s ever been. This week is about getting back on track with my December goals.
Read 100 pages of Make It Happen by Lara Casey
Ugh, so good, I can’t even. Can’t wait to finish this week. I already told my friend Angie that she needs to read this next.
Get Q2 Editorial Calendar in Asana & in EBP
I didn’t even take my stuff to Nashville with me, so of course this didn’t get done. I’m the worst. Definitely rolling this over.
OM Ruby Week 1
I actually ended up NOT taking this class, so this was not to get done.

I reached out twice. Still waiting to hear back.
This was a lead gen thing- not a real thing. When I realized that I realized I don’t want to be an yet another mailing list. Hard. Pass.
Because I hadn’t reviewed the documentation, I didn’t know that you needed two recommendations. Now, I’ve sent out the requests for them from the appropriate people! I will have to hope that I can get two in time to submit the application.
Review all DBT documentation
Yes! I will have to review these often, but at least I’ve read through them once!
