Well, hello there! I’m Emilie. I’m a Jesus-loving, data-analyzing, rugby-refereeing, 20-something living and working in Baltimore, MD. I’m a recent college grad, an army girlfriend, and a busy bee adjusting to not being a full-time student for the first time ever. I currently work as a Data Specialist at an ed-fin-tech startup. I work really hard to learn something new every day.
I aim first and foremost to always be learning and bettering myself. It wasn’t that long into living in “the real world” that I learned the value of thinking in the big picture. Day-to-day to-do lists are fine but they never let you see where things fit in the bigger picture. I’ve written monthly goals on Burke Does for a long time, but I always found myself sprinting at the end of the month to cross something off the list.
I want to think bigger. I want to set yearly goals and break them into quarters. I want to set quarterly goals and break them down into months. And I want to chunk my monthly goals into weeks. I want to set myself up for more successes and less failures.
I want to constantly be learning. And I want to be sharing what I’m learning. I’m going to be doing that over at Burke Does, but this is where you can see how I’m learning. I would love it if you joined me.
Emilie’s To- Do List is a space where I share my weekly to-do lists and my progress on the previous week’s list. This allows me to track my progress and growth through the year, as well as stay on track for continued growth throughout the year. I have a passion for learning and I’d love for you to be my accountability partner.
While the domain name is MyToDoLists.Me (you take what you can get, amiright?), you’re welcome to share your to-do list too! Shoot me an email at BurkeDoesShop (at) gmail.com whenever you’re ready to take the plunge- or just if you want to talk!
Disclosure: Emilie’s To-Do Lists is a for profit blog. Any content, company or brand I chose to work with is because I believe they fit the overall theme and brand of my blog. I will never share an opinion that is not my own.
